Amish toys Mwwoak10

Amish children entertain themselves by playing with toys such as farmer dolls made of either cotton or straw. Amish toys also consist of wooden carvings of animals and pull toys. The Amish adults would carve wood into a shape or stuff cotton or straw into a doll and give them to their children to play with and enjoy. Amish toys are also sold in Amish stores. Children in Amish communities utilize these toys in a variety of different ways to play with them, they use their imagination which is the more general type of activity that Amish children engage in when playing with these toys, some Amish children simply collect these toys and even when they are grown up they still admire the way these toys were made and keep it with them for collecting. Little Amish girls play with the dolls while the boys usually play with wooden carvings of objects, similar to children outside the Amish community.
